Welcome to the Counseling Department!

Here at Chaparral High School, we are so thankful to have a team of 6 wonderful, professional, school counselors. Our team aims to improve student success for ALL students by leading, advocating, collaborating, and promoting equity and access for all students by connecting our school counseling program to the school's academic mission and school improvement plan:

The counseling team focuses on many aspects for our student population, including academic, social, and emotional learning/growth, as well as college and career counseling. We are excited to be a part of each and every Chaparral student and family journey, and we feel extremely honored to get the chance to help.

Chaparral students can sign up for an appointment with their counselor in the front office. Parents should email their student's counselor if an appointment is needed. 

Counseling hours are 7:30AM to 2:35PM, Monday through Friday.
