Chuck Rantala began his career in education here in SUSD at Mountainside Middle School in 1995. He was a classroom teacher for twelve years, including seven years at Supai Middle School, and has been a building Administrator since 2007. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Albion College in Michigan, and a Master of Education degree from Northern Arizona University. The 2023-24 school year is Mr. Rantala’s twelveth year at Hohokam Elementary School and nineteenth year in the Coronado Learning Community.
