I am proud to announce that Mrs. Majercin and I received a grant for innovation in teaching and learning for an idea that we created around language acquisition, coding/robotics, and careers. On May 14th (in the morning) we will be hosting Dia de Carerras e Innovacion.  3rd through 5th graders will rotate through various learning stations that will include coding Edison robots (with kids following directions in both Spanish and English), learning about the various ways their language acquisition will help them in their future endeavors, and learning about the multitude of career options available to them. We need your help!  We are looking for our parents and community members to volunteer by presenting to the students about your careers. We are especially interested in any career opportunities that involve Spanish or other languages.  Please fill out this form with your interest or nominate someone that you might know who would like this opportunity.
